• Oversee and optimize the entire logistics operations in Merauke, ensuring seamless delivery experiences for Shopee customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and custom-built Shopee dashboards to monitor and analyze operational performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, including last-mile delivery, warehouse management, and inventory control.
