📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and development of medical towers, ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative healthcare solutions.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical tower planning and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Professional certification in healthcare facility planning (e.g., LEED AP, BREEAM, or equivalent).
