As an Asset Management (O&M) Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our solar power plants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar power plant equipment, including inverters, transformers, and monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize energy production.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Monitor and analyze performance data using specialized software such as PVSyst, PVWatts, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Provide technical support and training to field technicians and other team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or operations and maintenance for solar power plants.
• Certification in renewable energy technologies, such as NABCEP PV Installation Professional or similar, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of solar power plant components, systems, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using asset management software, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for renewable energy is a plus.
