📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Process and record donations accurately, maintaining up-to-date donor records in our CRM system.
• Communicate with donors to acknowledge their contributions and provide regular updates on the impact of their donations.
• Assist in organizing donor events and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create donor communications and materials that highlight the success stories and achievements of our organization.
• Stay informed about our mission and impact, ensuring you can effectively communicate this to donors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of donor relations strategies.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with donor privacy and data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or donor relations, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning and management, including donor events and campaigns.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
