📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity, including espresso-based beverages, lattes, and specialty coffee blends.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the team to develop and refine coffee recipes, incorporating customer feedback and seasonal ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your craft.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software or point-of-sale systems, such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Valid SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
