📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain competency matrices to align individual and organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and deliver impactful training programs using various instructional design methods.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and competency management software to streamline the training process.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to create learning and development strategies.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on competency-based learning.
• Certification in instructional design or training and development (e.g., ATD, ASTD, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of competency management software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results to drive decision-making.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
