📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using our in-house scheduling software.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our dental services.
• Process insurance claims and billing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain patient records and files, keeping them organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and timely patient care.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
