As the Head & Staff Accounting, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial advice and analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Conduct financial audits and reviews
- Provide training and support to staff on financial matters
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure adherence to budgetary controls
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
