In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising field activities, including crop monitoring, pest control, and soil analysis. You will work closely with our team of farmers and agricultural experts to implement best practices and ensure the highest quality of our produce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and supervise daily field operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Conduct soil analysis and recommend appropriate fertilizers and treatments.
• Work with farmers to implement best practices in agriculture, including sustainable and organic farming techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of field activities, including crop yields, pest incidents, and treatment records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in field operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field operations, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools, such as GIS, GPS, and crop management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers and team members.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in diverse and challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
