📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-10 employees, including supervisors and sales associates.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of retail software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Familiarity with EV retail operations is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
