📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor store staff to improve performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
