📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the seafood processing facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.,Monitor and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of raw materials.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the entire supply chain.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in seafood processing or a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety and quality standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with ERP and other relevant software systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
