📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Coordinate with team members to meet production targets.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular quality checks to maintain standards.

Provide training and support to team members.

Report on production progress and issues to management.

Maintain accurate records of production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related role.
