📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and security protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
