📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.,Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
