📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in accordance with company standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
