📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.,Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.,Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.,Provide support to the marketing manager in managing the marketing budget.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's marketing database.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.,Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
