Terang Pratama Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in compliance activities, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
