📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Upholding The Blaze's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assisting with cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Promoting The Blaze's menu and specials to enhance sales.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service and handling any guest complaints or concerns professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid food handling certification is a plus.
