📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Monitor and report on AP metrics, such as payment cycles and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve AP processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and vendor statements.
• Conduct regular audits of AP records to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for AP processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve AP issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in financial accounting or a related field is a plus.
