📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior design projects using software like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Manage project budgets and financial planning, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
• Conduct quantity surveys and prepare detailed cost reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate cost information is available for decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients and internal teams, using data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and quantity surveying, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using estimating software such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
