📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members.
• Ensure that our technical documentation is user-friendly and meets the needs of our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create technical content for our website and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the development of technical training materials for our customers.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on technical writing projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
