As a Customs & Logistics Drafter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth import and export operations. Your daily tasks will involve preparing and verifying PIB (Permohonan Izin Bebas), PEB (Permohonan Ekspor Barang), and manifest documents, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. You'll work closely with our customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clients to coordinate documentation and clearance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and verify PIB (Permohonan Izin Bebas) and PEB (Permohonan Ekspor Barang) documents for import and export shipments
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Monitor and update manifest records for all shipments
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards
• Assist in the resolution of customs clearance issues and disputes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs documentation
• Provide support to the logistics team in the preparation of shipping documents
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics coordination, or document preparation
• Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
