📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
