📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and operation of the branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.,Oversee the performance of branch staff, providing guidance and support where necessary.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient delivery of services and products.,Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch-specific strategies and initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the branch.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with branch operations and customer service.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
