In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong background in instructional design and training delivery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Certifications in learning and development or instructional design are a plus.
