📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct tests and measurements to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.,Document and report quality issues and defects.,Work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control in the manufacturing industry.,Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.,Experience with plastic manufacturing is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
