Silver Shop Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we have the necessary materials to meet our production needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Understanding of local market trends and supplier dynamics.
