📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory and procurement activities to ensure optimal stock levels.,Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
