📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the IT infrastructure and ensuring its optimal performance and security.,Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.,Implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Monitoring and managing network and system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.,Ensuring the security of our IT systems and data, implementing necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that IT solutions meet their needs and requirements.,Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommending improvements to the IT department.,Providing technical support to employees and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and security.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex IT issues.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards is a plus.
