📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records in BambooHR.
• Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Help manage employee data in Workday, including updates and corrections.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing payroll-related documents and maintaining employee files.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
• Learn and implement HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
